Excellent service! Devyn was just fantastic. Food arrived quickly and tasted wonderful. Great Jack Daniels pork chops but rolls were a bit on the hard side. Nice atmosphere, interesting decorations and you could hear others at your table. Will stop in again.

Great atmosphere but the food was average and the service perfunctory. Maybe because it was 2pm. I had pulled pork burrito. Not much pork.

Great place for lunch. Rolled into rice lake after red eye flight plus 2 hr drive,4 Adults, 5 kids, all hungry and punchy. Super nice waitress/hostess, very friendly, got us all set up quickly. Pretty much anything you'd like on a pub menu, fries were super yummy! Kids loved the log jams, burgers, everything. My sis appreciated the locally raised grass fed beef burger, and the Reuben was great! Overall a good stop!

Our waitress Sarah is a Rockstar!! We had a rare family get together and she went above and beyond to take care of our family. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Great food - Great drinks - Great service ! Thank you for a memorable experience! PS this is our second day in a row visiting (from Florida) this restaurant. Awesome! **Meatloaf**

The Wild Rice Meatloaf did not quite live up to its special billing in the menu. Fairly bland and covered in a vinegary vegetable infused gravy. Very friendly server tried to move me to the featured pork chops. I should have listened. Prices and ambiance were very acceptable.

Food is good and some nice diverse options for varied tastes. Bruschetta is what I would call glorified cheese bread but good. Northwoods theme is not overdone. Weekday lunch takeout is convenient as well.

Pat LaFrieda Burgers. Let me say that one more time. Pat LaFrieda Burgers. Edit - no more Pat LaFrieda burgers - quelle trieste. Had to take a star off - End Edit Just for that, they deserve three stars, even if everything else sucked. They go to four because they will actually correctly cook it to order, including medium rare, which is how I order. It is served on a soft bun, with a huge onion ring and potatoes. Skip the ring, order a different side, or heck, just get them to serve you two Pat LaFrieda Burgers. Add in nice atmosphere, nice service, beer on tap, decent food otherwise, they get five. Adventures is a local own northwoods family style restaurant with a bar. Good food, decent drinks, nice service. Also, easy to get to just off of HWY 53, so a great place to stop if your heading farther north.

Our group of six arrived late-ish and starving. We were seated fairly quickly, even though the parking lot was full on arrival. The interior is spacious and cutely decorated, with a variety of regular and high top tables as well as bar stools. Cory, our server, was on the ball and quickly brought our drink and food orders. The food was fantastic (which may have been impacted by our level of starvation at that point in the evening). There was a nice selection of draft and bottled beers, as well as a number of tempting mixed drink specialties. There were so many great choices on the menu that it was hard to make a decision. The walleye sandwich was excellent and served on a toasted french roll with a tasty tartar sauce. The fries were the coated type, which are not my favorite, but they were hot and crisp and quite delicious. The coconut shrimp was terrific, though the cajun mayo sauce was a bit strange. I was envious of husband's Wisconsin Burger, which was huge and delicious-looking, and he enjoyed every bite. Friday is fish-fry day, and though the fish is not local, it was quite tasty and offered in fried or broiled versions with a nice variety of choices for sides. We will definitely be back soon to try some of the other interesting offerings.

Meh. Similar menu to most other places in town. Entrees didn't come with much for sides. Maybe a little pricier than I would have thought. Very nice decor with beautiful fireplace.

The best place I've found in the Rice Lake area after coming here for years. Love that I can get a good Thai noodle salad when most of the places up here serve up much more standard fare. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great Northwoods decor, and fun theme, with photo albums showing where the stuffed moose has gone on his adventures to keep the kids entertained. Free wifi has been a life saver when having to work up here and no Internet at the cabin. All around a great place.

Great place to eat...good food, prompt service, reasonable prices. Usually stop by on the way to our lake home...nice start to our vacation place! Join the Adventures member's club (sorry...not sure if this is the correct name)

Better than Applebee's by a long shot. Great selection and specials. I love the creamy bruschetta! Margaritas on tap :)

Got together here with family when we were in town for my Grandmother's funeral. The place was comfortable and there was a little bit of everything for everyone on the menu. If you can't find something, that says more about you than it does about the menu. The fries were crazy good (when in Wisconsin, I give in to the fried foods I normally avoid). I was really happy to see locally raised grass-fed beef on the menu (and it was good too). The bread pudding with rum sauce was also a keeper. Our waitress was stellar. Truly one of the most personable and pleasant servers I've had in probably years. You could tell she really enjoys her job, and if not she fakes it really well. Either way, she was damn good.

One of our favorite places in town. We will usually eat at Adventures at least once a week. The food is unique and interesting (my wife's favorite is their elk steak!). Our typical meal here always starts with an extra-large order of Log Jams (fried mozarella sticks in eggroll wrappers with spicy horseradish dip) and a couple Bloody Mary's (they make the BEST in town!!!). My wife usually has the elk, I love the salmon, and the kids get burgers (GREAT burgers) with fries (best fries in town!!!). For a great treat, their Sunday Brunch Buffet is always fantastic.

Applebees demographic, but family owned, cabellas decor, game themed menu, expensive for the area. Stopped in for fish, I have caught and made better and im not known to be a great cook. I've heard other people really love this place which is why I tried it out, but wasn't worth it for me to visit again - just not my thing for the experience/price.

So they have delishious beers, good steak...but the leg jam is fabulous fried goodness! The what you say? Fresh mozzarella wrapped in eggroll wrappers and fried to a crisp delishness...add a side of freshmarinara...the best fried thing I have ever ate...I think!
